Customer Reviews
pretty good coffee, solid deal
grabbed a pretty sweet deal for my first subscription box, saved me about 25% which was nice. the coffee quality is definitely up there, got some really interesting roasts. shipping was quick, no complaints there. i was kinda hoping i could pick a specific roast level for each bag, but it seems like that's not an option, more like they curate it for you. still, the Moka Pot I ordered separately arrived fast and it's super solid. compared to some others like Trade Coffee or Mistobox, the customization is a bit less, but the coffee itself is top-notch.
always fresh beans
the whole bean coffee is always super fresh, you can tell it was roasted recently which is a big deal for me. i've tried a few others like trade coffee but keep coming back to bean box for that consistent quality. cold brew is good too, but the whole beans are where it's at.
Good coffee, some code confusion
Compared to Mistobox, Bean Box offers a pretty similar service, but I found some good deals browsing around. I was really interested in their Single Origin Coffee options, specifically the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, which sounded perfect. The coffee arrived quickly, and it was super fresh – I'd say it stayed tasting great for about two weeks after opening the bag, which is standard for ground coffee. My only minor gripe was that finding a solid discount code for existing subscriptions was a bit tricky; most seemed geared towards new sign-ups. Still, for the quality, it felt like a decent value.
Always good, with a small hiccup
Compared to my last Curator Choice Subscription, this one was just as fresh and flavorful. I keep coming back because their coffee is consistently great, though I wish there was a clearer indicator for international shipping before checkout since I was hoping to send a Digital Coffee Scales to my friend abroad. Still love them!
Subscription and customer service
Signed up for the Curator Choice Subscription about two months ago. The first box arrived quickly, about 5 days after I ordered. The coffee has been really good; I got an African Coffee last month that I enjoyed a lot. I had to pause my subscription for a bit, and customer service helped me out fast when I emailed them. No problems at all, pretty straightforward process.
Good coffee, quick delivery
I ordered the Coffee Sampler. It came in 4 days. The coffee was fresh, and I really liked trying different roasters. Will order again.

Hey guys, thinking of getting a coffee subscription from here, but I'm worried about getting stale coffee. Do they really send out fresh roasts or is it just 'freshly packaged' after sitting around?
